The service

Ranch Link remote access relays the control page of your own base station to you over the internet. Base stations also check this site for software updates signed by Ranch Link and install them overnight; you can turn that off on the base's own page. Feeding, schedules and the page on your ranch network don't depend on it. We work to keep it running but can't promise it's never down, and it can only reach a base that is powered and online.

Billing

Remote access is a monthly subscription, billed by Stripe. Cancel any time from your account; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. We don't see or store your card number.

What we keep

Your email, a scrambled fingerprint of your password (never the password itself), your subscription status from Stripe, and for each linked base: its name, firmware version, feeder count and when it was last online. Commands and feeder status pass through to your browser and aren't stored. We don't sell or share any of it. Deleting your account removes it.

Your part

Keep your password to yourself, and only link bases you own. You're responsible for what your feeders do, including feedings started from this site.
